Good morning Chris and Illinois!!!!
We FINALLY got the quilt squares started last night, in fact, Todd finished his! I tie dyed mine and everyone else is painting theirs. Hopefully, they will be done by tomorrow so that we can quickly sew them together before the shower on Saturday. (Talk about cutting it close......)
David went to practice and had to run 15 hills last night for missing the game on Friday and will run 15 more tonight for skipping practice on Monday. He still thinks it was no big deal, which really makes me
mad, but I am sure I will get over it.
So....after the same ol' work thing today, I will head home to help finish the squares and maybe do a few other things to be ready for the shower.
I did a new thing this morning, and I may just keep trying it! I got up a half an hour earlier than usual and rode the stationary bike for that half an hour!!!!!! I have been having a heck of a time trying to fit exercise into my day and I have thought of this option before, but I also like and need my
. It really was not as bad as I thought it would be. SO.......my goal for this week is to do this every morning this week. Wish me luck!
Has anyone tried the "Deamfields" pasta? I had heard great things about it and tried a samll amount last night with some stir fry. I could not tell the difference between it and the regular that I made for the rest of the family. It claims to only have 7 g of "impact" carbs (compared to 27 or more for regular), but I could not get the figures on the box to total that amount. Anyway.....it was really good and I may use it for a treat in the future.
I hope everyone has a lovely day today!

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
